Who is your biggest source of inspiration?

I’ve always been inspired by people who perform while being relaxed. Probably because I find it hard to reconcile the two myself 🙂

For example, although I appreciate the Spanish tennis player Raphael Nadal’s resilience and strength, I am especially fascinated by the Swiss tennis player Roger Federer’s fluidity and calm.

In boxing, we find this relaxed character in Mohamed Ali or Anthony Joshua.

Starting a business is an exciting adventure, but you are committing to a sprint that lasts ten years. You have to remember to take a step back and work conscientiously not to burn yourself out.

I have been meditating for a few years now. One of the objectives of my practice isto simountaneously focus on a goal while being relaxed.

I have a long way to go. In forty years, maybe I’ll get there.

How do you keep learning on a daily basis?  What are your learning routines?

I try to make time every morning to continue learning and escape my to-do laundry list. I block at least one hour in my schedule. I learn from inspiring encounters with people of any age who evolved in different backgrounds.

And, I read all kinds of magazines to stay connected to the latest trends and the “atmosphere” of the moment. I listen to podcasts, take online classes, and watch documentaries. All this contributes directly or indirectly to my personal development. It stimulates my creativity, keeps me from falling into a routine, and forces me to question my patterns.

What is your favorite books and why 📚?

I’m currently reading a great book Creativity Inc. by Ed Catmull. It tells the story of Pixar and how they developed an iterative and, above all, very collaborative creative process. All with great humility despite the accumulated successes.

Their culture pushes everyone to raise their hand when they have a problem rather than working alone and hoping to find the solution.

What is your favorite podcast and why 🎧?

I like Sam Harris’s Making Sense podcast, it’s just brilliant. I also listen to the French Boomerang Show because the guests are often artists who have a quirky outlook on the world.

If you were stuck alone on an island and only be allowed to bring one item, what would it be 🏝?

I have a memory of goldfish, and yet I have a phobia to forget. So I will say a pen to record everything.

If there is anything else you would like to share, please do so

Don’t listen to the advice of others too much 🙂 The most important thing is to experiment yourself.
